At Strat First Inc., we believe knowledge holds its greatest value when shared. To support emerging leaders and foster meaningful learning, we have developed two internal programs and maintain active partnerships with educational institutions and youth organizations.

Building Trust

Strengthening Communities.

Strat First Inc. First Nation Emerging Leadership Mentorship Program​

A pro bono initiative offering tailored mentorship to community leaders in the founder’s home community.

This program focuses on capacity-building, strategic planning, and effective governance.

Strat First Inc. Business Start-Up Marketing and Risk Mentoring

Designed to support entrepreneurs in the early stages of business development, with emphasis on marketing strategy, risk awareness, and long-term resilience.

University of Alberta Faculty of Engineering Collaboration​

Providing support to engineering students and recent graduates, with a particular focus on Indigenous students pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

YELL Canada - Youth Business Mentorship 

Engaging high school students through structured mentorship in entrepreneurship, business development, and marketing.
