Community Investment: Business Mentorship Program

At Strat First Inc. we've established the "Strat First Inc. Business Mentorship Program" to give back to our community. This pro-bono initiative supports startup businesses in crucial areas such as risk management, marketing, and business leadership. It's tailored to assist businesses owned by Indigenous Peoples and Equity Deserving Groups, who face distinct challenges in today's market.​​

 

Supporting Community

Strat First Inc. is dedicated to giving back to community organizations. We provide pro-bono services to support women facing intimate partner violence, assist women who are on their recovery journeys, youth High School Entrepreneurship programs, and  rural economic organizations to navigate today's rapidly changing business landscape.​

 

Our contributions include supporting fundraising efforts, strategic planning, and designing risk management strategies to enhance the impact and sustainability of these important organizations.

Supporting Indigenous Engineering Students - Advocacy

 

Strat First Inc. collaborates with post-secondary institutions across Canada to develop programs that specifically support First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students pursuing engineering degrees. Our efforts focus on advocacy, championing initiatives, and encouraging clients to invest in programs that engage Indigenous youth in STEAM fields.

 

We work to ensure Indigenous engineering students have access to bursaries, scholarships, and emergency support, enabling them to overcome short-term barriers so they concentrate on their academic success.
